For the 17th Sleep Day on Friday, 17 March, the VINCI Autoroutes Foundation for responsible driving and the INSV (French sleep institute), in conjunction with Radio VINCI Autoroutes, are publishing a series of interviews to help people understand sleep, its issues and the risks of everyday drowsiness.
Listen to the explanations and recommendations of Professor Pierre Philip, Head of the Sleep Clinic at Bordeaux University Hospital, to help you improve your sleep, avoid drowsiness, especially when driving, and to identify whether you may have a sleep disorder.
As in 2016, this national event will be focussed around a virtual sleep village offering information, advice and tests about sleep and a cyber-café where people can put their questions to sleep specialists.
