All the information and documents held on the Site and all the items created for it either belong to the Foundation or are licensed for use, operation, reproduction and representation. These items are subject to copyright law. Consequently, no licence or other right, except the right to consult the information, is granted to anyone as regards intellectual property rights. Any user wishing to use some of the Site content (text, image or other) must write to the Foundation at the address given in paragraph 4 above to request authorisation.
Although the Site content is for information purposes only, there may be links to other sites or Internet sources. Insofar as the Foundation cannot control those sites and external sources, it cannot be held responsible for their availability and it disclaims any liability in respect of the content, advertisements, products, services or any other material available on or from such sites or external sources. Users decide whether or not to follow such links entirely at their own risk.
Users agree not to create hyperlinks to the Site without prior written authorisation from its publication director.
As the Foundation reserves the right to change the conditions of use at any time, users agree to read them regularly.
